Sun’s out, fun’s out in this brilliantly bonkers beach scene, where the sand is warm, the queue for the ice cream van is long, and the characters are… well, let’s just say a little unusual.
At the heart of the digital painting, a classic seaside ice cream van serves up cones to a line of strange and silly customers. No one seems fazed, because hey, it’s summer, and anything goes!
Down at the front, a couple is soaking up the sun—well, one of them is. The woman’s blissfully tanning, while her partner lies flat out, snoring his head off like a lawnmower in low gear. Meanwhile, just a few feet away, a wee girl is hard at work building the ultimate sandcastle, complete with towers, a moat, and a very serious expression of sandy concentration.
