In Calderside Road, I have turned a quiet stretch of countryside on the eastern edge of East Kilbride into a powerful and evocative landscape. Painted in my trademark “big, bold and beautiful” style, the winding rural road becomes more than just a route — it becomes a path into memory, mood, and place.
 
The bold brushstrokes and vivid colours bring the Scottish countryside to life with rolling fields, warmth and texture. The road itself leading the eye forward, inviting the viewer to wander.
